In collaboration with the well-known culinary virtuoso, Chef Gordon Manuel, we weave his orchestral cuisine and distinctive flair into the fabric of our experiences. Be it beneath the celestial canopy of the bush or within an exquisite venue, his artistry graces every moment. Furthermore, we hold a preference for partnering with venues that honor authenticity, champion local gourmet artisans, and support regional suppliers.

Flying for the environment.

The Wandering Dog supports The Bateleurs in their mission to advocate for the environment in South Africa and other parts of Africa.

Founded in 1998, The Bateleurs is a Non Profit Company (NPC), with over 200 volunteer pilots and aircraft. It provides its beneficiaries and the public with an aerial perspective of the environment and has coordinated several thousand flights, and diverse missions, throughout South Africa and Africa, in support of environmental issues.
