The Wandering Dog is the brainchild of two visionary women who forged a bond amidst the captivating scenery of Overberg in the Western Cape, brought together by the warmth of a coffee and the spirited presence of a small white dog named Benji.

And so, our moniker was born.

Unifying our shared zeal for creativity, an ardent love for life, and a deep-seated commitment to the environment, we embarked on this exciting journey. Our mission: to be your guide in planning and savoring exceptional, out-of-the-box, yet impeccably professional events, or to have your teams embark on our pioneering adventure escapades.

Flying for the environment.

The Wandering Dog supports The Bateleurs in their mission to advocate for the environment in South Africa and other parts of Africa.

Founded in 1998, The Bateleurs is a Non Profit Company (NPC), with over 200 volunteer pilots and aircraft. It provides its beneficiaries and the public with an aerial perspective of the environment and has coordinated several thousand flights, and diverse missions, throughout South Africa and Africa, in support of environmental issues.
